A Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. Their duties include managing and staying within the project budget, obtaining the required permits, and effectively communicating the client’s goals to subcontractors and construction workers.

Responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the entire architectural project on a daily basis, from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration, and the Closeout phases.

They are responsible for preparing, maintaining, and reviewing purchasing records, tracking the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. Their duties also include calculating the cost of orders, assigning invoices to the appropriate accounts, and monitoring the transfer of in-house inventory for project use.
